First Sunday

April 6th is the debut of FIRST SUNDAY! Each month on the first Sunday of the month we are going to be having lunch together at the conclusion of our Sunday service. Each FIRST SUNDAY will be built around a seasonal theme. We may be having a horseshoes tournament, watching a big ballgame, or tasting everyone's best recipe for homemade ice cream, whatever it is it will be fun! This month's first Sunday we are going to be flying kites. Each family needs to bring a soft drink, chips, and a kite! We will provide burgers and hotdogs.

    The Duncan Family had a blast this 1st Sunday! We are very thankful for our new church family.

    Thank you to Annette for trying to help me fly that darn kite...I gave up after a few..okay...many failed attempts!!! :(

    What a great day! The perfect amount of wind, sunshine, great food and great friends. 1ST Sunday is off to a great start. Thanks to everyone for bringing food and flying their kites. Let's make this a great month and look forward to the next 1ST Sunday!

    Hey, Mandy, I'd say you were a real trooper, it's not exactly easy to fly a kite with a baby strapped to your chest. You get an A+ for effort, and one heck of a cute baby!
