Christmas will be here before you know it! I strongly believe you can never plan too far in advance when we're talking Christmas...right y'all!! I know many of us just did a whole lot of school shopping which may mean lots of empty shoe boxes lying around inside your closets right now! Hang on to those shoe boxes y'all and bring them to church with you for our 1st Sunday event in October. We will need them for Operation Christmas Child! Pass the word on to your friends about Operation Christmas Child now. In a few weeks we will have information that you can pass on to your friends and schools about this program that Crossroads Church supports each year. It's such a neat experience being involved in something that you know will just light up a childs heart and can change their life for eternity! KEEP YOUR SHOE BOXES!!
This is such a great opportunity for us to touch folks all over the world. I hope many will take advantage of this chance to share the real meaning of Christmas with kids who have very little.
